CANCELLATION POLICY
Prices are subject to change. We will accept most discount cards for a
10% discount on nightly rates. There is a $10 cancellation fee if cancelled before policy date. The cancellation
policy date is 48 hours for rv or tent site, and 7 days for a cabin, cottage, lodge or cabana. If you do not
cancel before that time frame, you will be billed the full amount of the site. There is a 3 day minimum night stay for cabins,
cottages & cabana during holidays and/or special events.

you would like reservations within the next 7 days for the cabin, cottage, cabanna or lodge, please call during business hours
to do so. If you do it on line, it is not guaranteed until we send you a confirmation which should be within 48 hours.
If you do not recieve a confirmation in 48 hours, please contact us. You do not need a reservation for an rv or tent
site. You can just come in between 4pm-7pm. We always have sites available.
